Avocado chicken – healthy, quick dinner.Easy to prepared,done in 30 min.
Ingredients for 2 persons (avocado chicken):
- 6 oz. chicken
- 5 oz. rice
- 1 corn
- 4 oz. sprout
- basil leaf
- 1 onion
- 1 spoon olive oil
- 1 avocado
- salt and peppers
Pour the oil into the pan and heat the oil (2- 3 minutes) and start frying the chicken. At the same time put the corn in the oven to bake (15 min). After 7-8 minutes, remove the chicken from oven and place in the plate on the side. Put onions in the same pan and continue fry. After 3 minutes, add in the onion, rice and continue to fry. Add the water and the pan and continue to fry for another 10 minutes. Then return the chicken and corn from the oven to the pan. Finally, add the brussels and continue to simmer for 3 -4 minutes. On end add olives and avocado slices. Then add salt and pepper to your taste.
