Avocado salads is light, healthy, quick-cooking salad, done in 15 min
Ingredients for 2 persons (avocado salads):
- 2oz. Greek feta cheese
- 5oz. Shrimp
- 1 soup spoon olive oil
- Pepper and salt
- 10 olives
- Balsamic vinegar
Wash all the vegetables well and then chop the onion and tomato into small pieces, add the arugula and the spinach and put it all in a bowl. Put the shrimps in the pan and fry for 10 minutes. Then add them to the pan and mix. Finally add fresh avocado, feta cheese, olives, and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
