Baked cauliflower – a quick, tasty and high-fiber meal.
Ingredients for 2 person (baked cauliflower):
- baked paper
- 1/2 spoon of salt and peppers
- 1 paprika
- 100 g arugula
- 400 g cauliflowers
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 spoon spice mixture
PREPARATION ( baked cauliflower) :
Preheat the oven to 300 F for 20 min. Place a paper on the bottom of the tray that will prevent the dish from sticking to the bottom of the tray. Put butter on paper and pour cauliflower over it. After 15 minutes of roasting, add chopped peppers, salt and pepper. Continue to bake for another 10 minutes and remove from the oven. Before serving, put arugula and olive oil and add the spice mixture.
