Ingredients for 2 persons ( banana, oats salads ):

  • 8 oz. of oats( any type is OK if you are do not have allergy on gluten. In that case gluten-free oats)
  • 1 banana
  • 3 oz of blackberry
  • 3 oz of raspberry
  • 1 apple
  • 2 glass of milk ( less fat in milk is better for the body)

PREPARATION

Take and boil 2 cups of milk and leave to cool. Then add the oats and make a thick mixture over which you will put blackberry, raspberry, banana, and apple. Breakfast is ready to be served.
