Banana, oats salads with berries rich in vitamins and minerals. Great healthy breakfast.
Ingredients for 2 persons ( banana, oats salads ):
- 8 oz. of oats( any type is OK if you are do not have allergy on gluten. In that case gluten-free oats)
- 1 banana
- 3 oz of blackberry
- 3 oz of raspberry
- 1 apple
- 2 glass of milk ( less fat in milk is better for the body)
Take and boil 2 cups of milk and leave to cool. Then add the oats and make a thick mixture over which you will put blackberry, raspberry, banana, and apple. Breakfast is ready to be served.
