Ingredients black beans salads for 2 persons :
- 4 oz. of black beans
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 scallion
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
Wash all vegetables well. Boil the beans in a pot and leave to cool and strain. Then put it in a bowl and mix with the remaining vegetables. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
