Black beans soup is healthy delicious soup rich in fibers and minerals.
Ingredients for 2 person ( black beans soup ):
- 1 head of onion
- 3 head of garlic
- 10 oz. of black beans
- 1/4 of jalapeno
- 2 of cup veggie broth
- avocado and cilantro to garnish
- sea salt
Heat the soup pot and put 2 tbsp veggie broths in it and add onion and garlic and jalapeno. When the onion softens and sweat, add the beans and the rest of the broth. Stir for 30 min. Then take out half of the mixture and blend and put it back in the pot. Salt to taste. When the soup is served, decorate the plate with avocado and cilantro.
