Ingredients for blackberries cake:

  • 150 g butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g oats
  • 600 g + 200 g sweet-sour cream
  • 300 h red fruit mix( raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry)
  • SUGAR-FREE

PREPARATION

First, make a crust dough. Mix almonds, ground biscuits, 150 g butter, 100g oats, and milk.
Second, make a mixture of 150 g of red mix and 600 g of sweet-sour cream.
In a 400 F oven, place the crust mixture in a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, then remove to cool. Then put over the mixture of sweet-sour cream and red fruit mix. Finally, put the rest of the sweet-sour cream over the whole cake and decorate with the rest of the red fruit mix.
