Ingredients for 2 persons( carrot salads):
- 2 teaspoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoon of vinegar
- 4 oz. of grated carrots
- 1 lettuce
- 1 tomato( cut into slices)
- salt and pepper
- 1 scallion
First, wash the vegetables well with water. Then put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and mix with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir well and leave for 10 minutes for the juices to mix, and the vegetables to absorb the same juices.
