Ingredients for 2 persons( celery juice):
- 1 cucumber •
- 1 piece of medium-sized ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 green apple – unpeeled
- 9 asparagus flowers
- 2 stalks of celery
Soak the asparagus in cold water (for an hour). Cut the cucumber, lemon and apple into pieces and grind in a blender with ginger and celery. Drain the asparagus and put it in a blender. Discard the water from soaking the asparagus. Consume fresh juice immediately. This juice is best drunk after lunch, during the afternoon rest, in order to eliminate the most common causes of insomnia – improper digestion, high blood pressure and stress.
