Ingredients for 2 persons(delicious ginger soup):

  • 2 spoon olive oil
  • 1 head of red onion
  • 1 lb of carrots(chopped on slices)
  • 1 medium size of ginger
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 spoon of curry
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Fried the red onion in olive oil for about 4 minutes until it softens, then adds the carrot and ginger. Then pour over 4 cups of water, let it boil until the vegetables are completely soft. Mix the soup with a mixer and add season.
