The ingredients fennel seeds,beef soup:

  • half a cup of pine nuts
  • 4 spoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red peppers
  • basil and oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 500 g of mashed tomatoes
  • 5 oz.beef ( copped on small cubes)

PREPARATION

Add half a cup of pine nuts to the mashed tomatoes and mix until the mixture thickens. Add finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, fennel seeds, beef cubes, and dry red hot pepper to the pan.

Simmer for about 5 minutes until the onion is soft. Then add basil, oregano, salt and pepper and a glass of wine to the mixture and mix. After 2 minutes, add the tomato mixture and mix everything together. So let it cook for about 10 minutes so that the ingredients come together. When the soup is poured into plates, we can also add basil over the soup.
