Omelet with garlic and cheese-a quick and tasty breakfast in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients for 2 persons( omelet with garlic):
- 1 garlic
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 10 olives
- 10 cherry tomato
- 4 oz cow cheese
- bay leaf
- salt and pepper
Mix eggs well and add chopped garlic in a frypan. Pour a little oil into the pan and let it heat up. Pour the mixture and reduce the frying temperature.
Occasionally lift the edges. Arrange the cheese on one half, and then fold in the other half of the omelet.
Press a little from the top, then serve in a plate and serve while warm. Cut the olives and tomato in half and the cow’s cheese into male cubes. Then place over the omelet.
