Ingredients for 2 person( goulash with soy):

  • 4 oz. of soybean
  • 10 oz. onions
  • 1 parsley root
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 300 ml tomato juice
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 3 spoon soy sauce
  • 1 garlic
  • cloverleaf
  • 50 ml of oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 spoon spices mixture
  • 5 oz. mushroom

PREPARATION

Boil soybeans and cleaned primrose root in salted water. Strain and save the liquid. Finely chopped onion and carrot add salt and simmer in 50 ml of oil and 100 ml of liquid in which the soy was cooked. Simmer for a long time, until the onions and carrots are completely softened, occasionally adding the liquid in which the soy was cooked. Then add the strained soy, tomato juice, white wine, mushroom sauce, and spices. Cook at a moderate temperature for about half an hour. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.
