Grilled chicken with broccoli-low calorie dinner with lots of protein and minerals. Easy to prepare and tastes perfect.
Ingredients for 2 persons(grilled chicken with broccoli):
- 7 oz. of chicken breast
- 1 big head of broccoli
- 3 oz. of french fries
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Peel a tomato, grate it and chop it. Take white chicken breast and soak in oil and coat with salt and pepper. Take a head of broccoli in pieces. Heat the grill and place all three ingredients on the grill. After 3 minutes, remove the broccoli, grilled french fries for 7-10 minutes and leave the chicken for 5-20 minutes and turn it from time to time.
