Hot pepper, beef goulash perfect lunch rich in protein.Recommended after physical activity.
Ingredients for 2 persons( hot pepper, beef goulash):
- 500 g of beef
- 2 tomato( peel of tomato skin)
- 200 ml of water
- 2 head of onion
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1/2 spoon of red pepper powder
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of seasonal spices
Put olive oil in a pan and heat. Then add the chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chopped beef into pieces and mix. Add salt and pepper, and after 10 minutes add two tomatoes cut into cubes. After 5 minutes add water and mix. After 15 minutes, add hot peppers, seasoning spices and bay leaf and leave for another 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Serve in plates and decorate with parsley.
