Ingredients for mixed berry crumble muffin:
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1-1/4 cups plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cup of blackberries
Put butter and 1 1/4 sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and whisk. Then add flour, baking soda powder and salt. Knead until it thickens into a dough. After that, fold the dough into muffins and put a berry mix in them. Arrange the muffins in the muffin tin so that they fill 2/3 of the mold. Preheat oven to 375 F and bake for 25 minutes. After that, leave them to cool for 5 minutes and the muffins are ready to serve.
