Very light, simple, affordable breakfast ready in less than 15 minutes.
Ingredients for 2 persons(omelet with tomato):
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- some salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 slices of bread with bran
- 1 bigger tomato
Preparation:
Whisk the eggs with flour and milk in a bowl. When this is done, turn on the stove and heat the pan. Then put the oil in the pan and let it warm to the maximum (let the oil evaporate).
Then put the egg mixture into the pan and fry for 3 min. Then add the chopped tomato and let it fry for another 2 minutes. After that, remove the omelet from the pan and add the sausage to the pan and fry it for 1 minute on each side (4 minutes in total). In about 10 min your omelet with tomato and sausage is ready to be eaten.
