Pasta with turmeric and onion -a quick and easy meal rich in fiber and very good for boosting the immune system.
Ingredients for 2 persons ( pasta with turmeric):
- 8 oz. of pasta( we recommend hemp pasta)
- 1 head of onion
- 1head of garlic
- 1 oz. of turmeric
- salt and pepper
- butter melted
Put butter in a pan and heat well and melt. Then fry the garlic and garlic for 3 minutes. After 3 min adds turmeric, salt, and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in another bowl for 20 min. Then take out the and add to the pan with the onion and mix for 5 min. After 5 minutes the pasta is ready to eat. In a pan, decorate with tomato and parsley.
