Ingredients for 2 persons (red peppers pizza with garlic):

  • 500 g of flour
  • 250 ml of water
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • 2 spoon olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 red pepper
  • 10 olives
  • 50 g parsley
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 1 spoon salt

PREPARATION

Prepare the dough:
Put water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and stir. Then add 250 g of flour, oil, and salt, and mix. You will get a sticky and greasy mixture to which you will add the rest of the flour until the dough stops sticking to your fingers. Then take it out of the bowl and put it on the table for 30 minutes to pickle.

Put paper in the tray to help the dough not stick to the bottom of the tray. Then put the butter on the paper.
