Ingredients for 2 persons ( salads with kale and croutons):

  • 4 oz. croutons
  • 2 tomato
  • 6 oz.kale
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar

PREPARATION

Wash all the ingredients well and cut them into pieces. Croutons can only be made by baking old bread in the oven or buying ready-made ones in the store. Add kale and stir. Finally add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar of your choice.
