Shrimp spaghetti with hot tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 persons(shrimp spaghetti):

  • 400 g of spaghetti
  •  6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  •  2 chili peppers peeled with seeds
  • 150g tomatoes peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of juice
  • 300 – 400 g of shrimp
  • peeled 150 g of chicory leaves (dandelion)

Preparation

Put the spaghetti in a saucepan and fry the garlic in an olive oil pan. Add the hot pepper to the pan after 2 minutes and fry for another minute. Then add 2 tomatoes and knead. After three minutes add lemon juice. Then add 2 tomatoes and knead.
After 3 minutes of mixing, add the spaghetti and stir for another 2 minutes. After that, serve a meal
