Soy soup with veal – a tasty, healthy and quick meal.
Ingredients for 2 person (soy soup with veal):
- 1 scallion
- 100 ml tomato juice
- 3 spoon of olive oil
- 1 carrot
- 2 onions
- 1 tomato
- 200 g soy cubes
- 200 g veal
- 100 g noddle
- 2 dry red peppers
- salt and black pepper
Fry the scallion and onions and carrot in hot oil for 2 minutes (previously chop them into pieces). After that, add the veal and mix for 5 minutes. After 5 min adds tomato juice and 1/2 L of water. After half an hour of cooking, add the soy cubes, and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally, add the noodles and after 5 minutes the dish is ready and ready to eat. Add pepper and salt and hot dry pepper of your choice.
