Ingredients for 2 persons ( tasteful walnut, oats breakfast):
- 2 glass of milk ( less fat in milk better for body)
- 8 oz. of oats
- 2 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 oz. of walnut
- 3 oz. dry fruit
- 1 oz. sunflower seeds
Put two glasses of milk in a bowl in which you will soak the oats. After 5 minutes, add the chocolate chips, walnuts, and sunflower seeds. And breakfast is ready to be served.
