Ingredients for 2 persons (Tortilla with avocado):
- 2 toast bread
- 1 egg
- 1 avocado
- 10 olives
- 1 spoon olive oil
Heat the pan, then heat the tortilla on the pan, then place the tortilla on a plate. After that, heat the oil in a pan and fry the egg. Chop the avocado on a roll and arrange over the tortilla and place the fried egg over the avocado. Decorate with 10 olives (previously remove the seeds from the olive).
